Can a dog take human meds such as fish oils, and joint medication?
Have a 10, and 14 year old dogs. One has congestive heart failure, and is taking meds. One has some arthritis, and tends to have hip pain, mainly when it rains.

Talk to your vet about dosages to be sure. I know some people give their dogs glucosamine, which is the same thing people take for joint problems. But I’m not sure what the dosage is.
Do NOT give your dog any medicine without checking with the vet, some over the counter medications can kill them.
